You have been calling me for the past few days asking about Baquer. I must share the shocking and sad news that Baquer was arrested in Tehran late evening of 22 February 2016 and as far as I have been told by those who took him taken to Evin prison. Now both my innocent son Siamak and my Baquer are in prison for no reason. This is a nightmare I can’t describe. 

I have been trying to find out more information but have been unable to do so and the lawyer also couldn’t get any information or get to see him. 

I am extremely concerned and worried sick for Baquer’s health since he is an 80 year old man and has a serious heart and other conditions which requires him to take special heart and other medicine. 

I pray to God that my Siamak and Baquer return home to me and that they are released. Please keep them in your prayers.

I have had years of experience in dealing with Hillary Clinton and have read thousands of her cables. Pentagon generals objected to destroying the Libyan state. They felt Hillary did not have a safe post-war plan. Hillary Clinton went over their heads. Libya has been destroyed. It became a haven for ISIS. The Libyan national armory was looted and hundreds of tons of weapons were transferred to jihadists in Syria. Hillary’s war has increased terrorism, killed tens of thousands of innocent civilians, and has set back women’s rights in the Middle East by hundreds of years. Having learned nothing from the Libyan disaster, Hillary then set about trying do the same in Syria. 

Hillary publicly took credit for the destruction of the Libyan state. On hearing that the country’s president had been killed by her handiwork, she became wild-eyed and gloated, "We came, we saw, he died! In the momentary thrill of the kill, she had aped, of all people, Julius Ceaser. 

Hillary’s problem is not just that she’s a war hawk. She’s a war hawk with bad judgement who gets an unseemly emotional rush out of killing people. She shouldn’t be let near a gun shop, let alone an army, and she certainly should not become president of the United States.

A friend of mine wrote this on Facebook. I’m sharing it here word for word. 

Here’s something I agree with them about: nobody should be tortured by their government. If they are in custody, they should be allowed to talk to an attorney. If there is not enough evidence to sustain a finding of probable cause, they should not have been arrested. 

Some will call me inconsistent myself because I benefit from the security of the occupation. So what? I benefit from every service the government monopolizes and forces me to use. If the government monopolized the food industry I wouldn’t stop eating. It’s just how this works. If your country routinely violates human rights norms, and that’s ok with you, you might be next. And that makes them dumb. And maybe a little bit evil, too. That isn’t Karma.
