Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III: Mayron tayong Rohingya, Uighur. Another case in point is the Vietnamese refugees. The history is there. The culture is there. We have proven, as a country, that we are ready to assist. The question siguro is what is fair? We would like to take our resources to Better our People and do our fair share.
