Kourtney Kardashian Disick: In our house, we do everything whole: whole milk and full-fat cheese. And I use ghee and coconut oil for cooking. I turn to my Ayurvedic friends for health advice when it comes to my kids, too. If Mason or Penelope has a rash, I’ll look into natural treatments first. But they have their pediatrician and I’m not afriad to give them medicine if it gets to that point.
The Eye: Kourtney Kardashian officially announced that she is pregnant with baby number three, but that doesn’t stop her from making sure she stays in shape.
Kardashian is practicing yoga and other physical exercises to help her stay healthy. During her second pregnancy she had done prenatal yoga and is following the same routine again. The reality star wrote in her blog that prenatal yoga at the end of pregnancy is something she would “strongly recommend” because not only did it help her relief some stress and staying calm, but it also helped her focus on eating right.
After giving birth, she also stated that she continued doing yoga to help heal her body. She has a simple weight loss mantra during pregnancy and said that she doesn’t count calories but tries her best not to over eat.
